Through chamber music, the maturing musician is developed into an independent and confident orchestra member. Chamber musicians learn to play together as a group without a conductor.

The Northern Ohio Youth Orchestra (NOYO) Chamber Music Program was established in 2003 as a result of a collaborative project between NOYO and the Stocker foundation.
Woodwind, brass, and string, ensembles are comprised of students in the same grade and ability level. The Chamber music coordinator determines the placement of the students with the music coaches. Rehearsals are scheduled at the mutual convenience of the students and the coach.
There are three sessions of six weeks each available for fall, winter, & spring terms. A recital or performance is scheduled at the conclusion of each session. Please check the session(s) that you are interested in participating along with a check for the total amount.
Students may enroll in one, two, or three sessions; students who enroll in advance for the entire year may do so at the reduced fee of $90 for NOYO orchestra members, $125 for non-members.
Please make checks payable to NOYO
